Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Roots Builders & Remodel Inc. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services, including but not limited to Inground Pools, Room Additions, Outdoor Kitchens & BBQs, Additional Dwelling Units (ADUs), New Home Construction, Interior Remodeling, and Exterior Remodeling. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

Roots Builders & Remodel Inc. offers construction and remodeling services as outlined on our website and marketing materials. The scope, timeline, and cost of each project will be specified in a signed contract between Roots Builders & Remodel Inc. and the client.

2. Estimates and Contracts

  • All initial consultations and estimates are free of charge unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • A detailed contract will be provided outlining the project scope, pricing, and payment terms. Work will commence only after the contract is signed by both parties.

3. Payment Terms

  • A deposit may be required before starting any project, as outlined in the contract.

  • Payment schedules will be clearly outlined in the contract. Failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in work stoppage or termination of the contract.

  • Additional costs for change orders or unexpected work will be communicated in writing and require client approval.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding their property and desired project.

  • Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary property access and permissions unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Warranty

  • Roots Builders & Remodel Inc. provides a limited warranty for labor and materials used in construction. Warranty details will be specified in the contract and vary depending on the project.

6. Liability

  • Roots Builders & Remodel Inc. is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather, supply chain disruptions, or changes in laws or regulations.

  • Clients agree to indemnify and hold Roots Builders & Remodel Inc. harmless from claims or damages resulting from the client’s failure to meet their responsibilities.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with local regulations, unless otherwise specified in the contract.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website or other appropriate means.
